The role of teacher support in the organization of inclusive education

In our time, an inclusive approach has become a positive condition
for the correction and development of children with disabilities.
Inclusive education provides children with disabilities with the
opportunity to receive education on an equal basis with other children.
An inclusive learning environment is a challenging experience for
young children. It is important for children to understand the principle
of equality in education so that they can participate in inclusive
education. Interaction with parents is very important for the effective
organization of this process. Communication and collaboration
between teachers and parents will allow them to see problems in the
learning process and take successful steps to solve them. To meet the
needs of children with disabilities, it is necessary to take a
comprehensive approach to solving existing problems. During the
training, you should use the knowledge of different subjects in
accordance with your goals. The goal of inclusive education is to take
a child out of society for a variety of reasons. For this, first of all, it is
necessary to eliminate the “social dislocation” caused by disabilities
and ensure the effective use of special education by students.
