MOBBING IN EDUcATIONAL INSTITUTIONS




Mobbing is a factor which causes stress at work. Difference from other stress factors is that side effects of mobbing are long-lasting.  The article gives a general explanation of mobbing, which is more common in the modern business world, its scope, results, the characteristics of those who use mobbing in educational institutions and those who use it. At the same time, an attempt was made to determine how mobbing affects educational institutions and why it is used. The method of document analysis, which is a qualitative research, was used and it was concluded that in educational institutions where mobbing is used, teachers are not interested in lessons, the principle of loyalty to work is violated, depression develops, and these negative situations are reflected in the quality of education.
