THE EFFECT OF STIMULATION IN THE PEDAGOGICAL PROCESS ON THE QUAlITY OF EDUCATION




The article examines the role of incentives in improving the quality of education. The types, forms and methods of stimulation are classified. As it is known, the quality of education depends on the rational, purposeful and planning of management activities and on the
competence and skillful use of new management mechanisms. The article also describes the role of the class teacher and teacher in the educational process and out-of-class work of the student. The author gives facts and examples of the activities of students in school and indicates that, in a secondary school, the teacher directly affects the transfer of knowledge, social and cultural practice. The level of
qualification, competence, professionalism and efforts of the teacher will undoubtedly affect the effectiveness of the quality of education.
