ATTENTION AND CARE OF HEYDAR ALIYEV TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF GENERAL EDUCATION (1982-1987 years)

The major focus of the article is based on the work done by the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev in the period of 1982-1987 in the arrangement of educational reforms and the measurements taken by him. The research demonstrates that, in the course of years mentioned above, Heydar Aliyev played a major role in the preparation of the reform of the structure and content of general education. Heydar Aliyev has ever acted as a person having patronage on the education and justified that it has a substantial impact on the development of society. He has correctly stated that education is the future of a nation.
