HEYDAR ALIYEV STAGE OF THE HISTORY OF AZERBAIJAN: A CONCEPTUAL VIEW OF THE HISTORICAL HERITAGE

The article talks about the activities of the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev, as a  politican and statesman. The life and activities of Heydar Aliyev are analyzed as a special stage of the history of Azerbaijan. Research shows that Heydar Aliyev was the founder and architect of the independent Republic of Azerbaijan. Legal state building in the Republic of Azerbaijan, the formation of the ideology of Azerbaijaniism is connected with the name of Heydar Aliyev. The article also gives the opinions of well-known figures of the world about the personality of Heydar Aliyev. Continuous study and research of Heydar Aliyev’s legacy, which is an important source for patriotic education of young people, is recommended.
