THE IMPACT OF THE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL LEVEL OF THE ENGINEERINGPEDAGOGICAL STAFF AT VOCATIONAL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS ON THE TRAINING OF PERSONNEL UNDER LABOR MARKET REQUIREMENTS

The purpose of this research is to investigate the measures taken by vocational education institutions to train personnel under labor market demands, the employment status of graduates, their opinions on the quality of vocational education institutions, and the knowledge and skills of the engineering and teaching staff, as well as how they evaluate these aspects. To achieve this goal, interviews were conducted with individuals who graduated from vocational education institutions operating in Baku and other regions, and the collected data were analyzed and presented. The research results revealed that, in addition to graduates working in their respective fields, some were employed in different professions. The study also showed that respondents had varying opinions on the quality of education in vocational institutions, the extent to which the knowledge gained was applied in the workplace, the contribution of teachers to professional learning, the expertise of the engineering and teaching staff, and the methods and technologies used in instruction.
