THE IMPORTANCE OF SOCIAL JUSTICE WITHIN THE SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT

This study is mainly based on investigating to what extent the concept of social justice plays a role in schools. In the current era, it is considered an important issue to know how schools make an effort to solve the problems related to social justice, as well as what steps
are taken by school principals in this regard. In the article, the literature analysis method, which is a type of qualitative research, has been taken advantage of. During the process of data collection, 20 articles and theses written since 2012 till today in the local and  foreign literature were examined. According to the obtained results, teachers and students have evaluated the behavior of school  principals related to social justice leadership at an average level.
