THE EFFECTS OF STRESS ON THE LEARNING PROCESS AND METHODS OF FIGHT AGAINST IT
This study discusses stress in all areas, including training, its types, effects on human health, diseases, and methods of dealing with them. It is noted that the school not only stimulates the overall development process but sometimes becomes a source of growing tensions. Stress hormones increase in the body under constant stress, and as a result, the ability to learn, logically and creative thinking decreases. Fear of receiving a low mark, falling behind classmates, and being held accountable in front of parents because of poor or no learning outcomes can lead to stress. Therefore, it is necessary to be careful in situations that may create tension and to know that creating stress is as dangerous as living it.
