MOTIVATION AND FORMATION OF SELF-CONFIDENcE IN EDUCATION

The formation of sufficient scientific-theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of education leads to important and decisive steps towards the implementation of curriculum reform in the general education system. Curriculum reform is based on a fundamental update not only of the content of teaching, but also of methods and tools. In other words, the introduction of new technologies is becoming inevitable. Younger students pay special attention to assessment. Thus, the appreciation of training successes motivates them even more. One of the most important conditions to take into account is the application of penalties. We must not forget that students (usually children) should not be punished in the presence of classmates or other strangers. In addition to negatively affecting their learning motivation, it can also lead to low self-esteem, shyness, and other serious psychological stresses.
