RESEARCH CULTURE AS AN ESSENTIAL COMPONENT OF THE NEW EDUCATIONAL CONTENT BASED ON COMPETENCE




The article reveals the essence of the concept of “research culture” and justifies its role in creating new content of education based on competency. Research ability can be regarded as one of the key competencies. Experience and research show that the culture of research ability is important as an essential component of new content creation in education based on competence. Namely, paying special attention to students’ culture of research ability in new education standards, highlighting of the formation of such culture in educators, substantiation  of solution, opportunities and ways of the problem with conceptual ideas, specific provisions is very important. Here, from the point of view of the problem, the principles of the formation of the students’ research culture are investigated; the possibilities and ways of organizing this work are analyzed, summarized and indicated. Commenting on the theoretical and practical issues of this problem, the author concludes that in the formation of research culture the principle of the image of scientific thinking or creative — research thinking can be the main provision in the solution of this issue, because an objective analysis of any issue, acquiring the correct scientific result is primarily associated with creative thinking. Thus, it is possible to note that the culture of research has been formed in the person who has the ability to analyze, summarize, produce results and evaluate other moral values in different sources.
