STIMULATION AND PROMOTION OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITIES IN UNIVERSITIES
Today, entrepreneurship plays a very important role in the social and economic development of society. Universities, as a driving force in this activity, seek to create positive change in the society and international environment in which they live by collaborating with government and industrial companies. This relationship with the university, government and industry companies, which are the three participants in social and economic change, is seen as a triple model of innovation (The Triplle Helix Model). Universities that have made this model a fundamental principle in management structures, in the teaching and learning process, and in strengthening international relations are called entrepreneur universities. In this article, we discuss the components that characterize entrepreneurial universities and explain the role of these institutions in promoting entrepreneurship. The topic was researched by the method of qualitative research and the obtained literature was analyzed by the method of document analysis.
