PRINCIPLES OF ORGANIZATION OF TEACHING IN INCLUSIVE EDUCATION: PERSPECTIVES AND RESULTS
The article investigates the process of organizing education in inclusive education in Azerbaijan, the implementation of laws adopted in this area, the results of state programs, as well as the ways to overcome the difficulties encountered. The article analyzes the fact that the number of preschool and secondary schools with inclusive education in our country is less than the number of children with disabilities, the problems faced in attracting this category of children to such institutions and why parents prefer home education. The article also focuses on other issues related to inclusive education, including the lack of special programs, textbooks and assessment methods for children with disabilities, the number of public centers covering extracurricular activities, as well as the lack of projects and programs in this area. It is recommended that a private teaching staff develop action plans and include higher education institutions in this process in order to remove the obstacles to the regulation of education in inclusive education.
