THE ROLE OF THE SCHOOL IN PROMOTING THE WELFARE OF WAR-AFFECTED STUDENTS

In this article, the role of schools located on the former frontline in the Aghdam district is analyzed in improving the well-being of students in grades IX to XI who have suffered trauma and hardships due to the war. Based on a survey conducted with students, their social, emotional, and psychological conditions were examined through questions presented under the headings “student emotions” and “school environment.” The research findings suggest that it is possible to enhance students’ moral and intellectual well-being through subjects taught in schools and extracurricular activities.
