THE ENLIGHTENMENT CONCEPT OF MAHAMMAD AMIN RASULZADE

Mahammad Amin Rasulzade is a prominent statesman and politician who emerged from the Azerbaijani people at the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century. In Azerbaijan, he has exceptional merits in the preparation of national independence ideology, the creation of a national party, and the construction of a national state.
