Various models (forms) of instruction, understood as the means of implementing education in a space formed according to the demands of civilization, determine an adequate learning environment. The main factor in any learning environment is the coming together of learners and educators with a unified purpose. In that environment, the goal set must be understood by the learner as an object of fulfilling their cognitive needs, which is essential for realizing their continuous and active learning activities within the time frame established by the chosen organizational structure. The research substantiates the ways to enhance the effectiveness of the training process and provides an interpretation of these methods from a scientific-pedagogical and psychological perspective.
