According to the result of the intended socio-economic policy implemented by the head of the country Mr. Ilham Aliyev, great progress has been made in the education system as well as in all fields. The fact that Azerbaijan is a part of the world community requires increasing the improving and creative nature of education, strengthening its individual and practical direction. Currently, a fundamental tendency of innovation exists in human activity. As a principle, the importance and range of reproductive activity associated with the usage of traditional technologies decrease significantly, and innovative activity increases in all areas of human activity. All over the world, the key point mentioned before undoubtedly causes special demands on the education system and its quality. There are ample opportunities for the gradual integration of the Azerbaijan education system into the global education sphere. Analysis and generalization of foreign experience make it possible to comprehend the local pedagogical experience, further development of education, and integration processes in education. The most critical issue in figuring out the development trends of education in the world is to study the experience of education development in countries where the quality level of education is examined by international research.
