ORGANIZATION OF WORK TO PROTECT STUDENTS FROM DRUGS AND PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES

Recently, the number of people taking narcotics and psychotropic substances among the young generation growing up in the world is increasing. Despite the imposition of administrative bans and penalties, it has become difficult to achieve positive results in this area. The purpose of this study is to find the optimal ways to protect the growing young generation from harmful habits. For this, we organized a survey among teachers, parents and students to find out the current situation of the use of narcotics and psychotropic substances by
students in secondary schools. Responses to the questions were summarized and participants were grouped according to their educational needs. As a result of the research, an educational program was developed and implemented to prevent the use of narcotics and psychotropic substances in secondary schools. Targeted activities carried out under that program gave positive results.
