DEMOCRATIC COLLABORATION ON THE BASIS OF PEDAGOGICAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL THINKING IN EDUCATION
The development of society on the basis of humanistic principles is one of the main needs of modernity. This process makes necessary
to build a new basis for the activities of schools and teachers, their relationship with students. The main goal of modern educational policy of the Republic of Azerbaijan is a well-thought-out and agreed application of innovations in this area in our country. It is known that the efficiency of the educational process depends on the skill of the teacher to communicate and cooperate with students. Today, the persistent innovative development of educational institutions reveals the weakness of the possibility of using classical pedagogy in the educational process, including teacher-student relations. The modern era makes necessary the application of collaborative pedagogy which is a new direction. Collaborative pedagogy, which began to develop in the 80s of XX century and is applied at present after being improved, includes on basing the teacher-pupil relations on the democratic thinking, the development of students’ independence skills, training them as useful personality for the society.
