DISCUSSION ON A NEW CRITERION FOR ASSESSING KNOWLEDGE

The article proposes a new model and criteria for assessing knowledge. The criterion is the ratio of the studied part of the teaching material to the unstudied part. It is believed that the new criterion will serve to improve the quality of education, and therefore called it a
quality factor. The new criterion varies widely and allows each student's knowledge to be differentiated from the other. A small difference in knowledge makes a big difference in price, allows students to line up within the classroom according to their knowledge. It is shown that the graph of the dependence of the degree of mastery on the quality factor is nonlinear. This allows you to graphically record each student's level of knowledge individually. The new criterion can also be used as a monitoring tool to monitor and improve the quality dynamics of education.
