PEDAGOGICAL BASICS FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE IN EDUCATION




The main quality indicator of the of modern education is the effective management of the teaching process. The quality management system in education dynamically monitored with providing the development of higher standards. One of the indicators of the quality teaching is the compliance of learners’ knowledge and skills with expectations, learning outcomes and assessment criteria. In the modern pedagogical process, the socio-cultural and communicative skills of students were assessed as an important indicators of quality in learning. The quality management system in pedagogical education in accordance with the quality indicators makes it necessary for its sustainable and effective. From this point of view, student-oriented organization of the educational process and evaluation of activities are considered to be paradigms of modern education. The purpose of this article is to investigate the rules of learning process in accordance with the quality indicators and standards to promote the management of teaching effectively. It is known that literacy, awareness and competence are emphasized as the most necessary components for students to receive quality education. The article describes the views and ideas on modern aprroaches to achieve a quality management system in educational process, the quality of the curriculum, compliance with learning outcomes, quality methods, assessment of student achievement and the learning process.
